The role involves driving sales growth, leading a high‑performing team, and delivering world‑class service in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

• Promote sales growth through merchandise execution and visual standards.
• Train and coach a team of 5‑10 employees to deliver world‑class customer service.
• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including “restaurant” and tire‑care areas, ensuring the highest level of customer focus.
• Effect budgets and P&L statements, reviewing and adjusting plans to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean workplace that meets all health and safety requirements.
• Handle seasonal variations and outdoor working conditions as needed.

• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• 2+ years in retail, travel stop, big‑box, grocery, or department‑store management.
• Experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 million or more.
• Proficiency in interpreting and managing budgets and P&L statements.
• Supervisor experience with 5‑10 employees.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel).
