The Designer role supports three store priorities:
Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. Designers provide fast, thorough, and friendly service by welcoming customers, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, offering showroom tours, arranging for kitchen and/or bath measurements, and meeting with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations. By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to help achieve department and store goals.

• Support Customers First by providing fast, thorough, and friendly service to customers, welcoming them to the store, assessing kitchen and/or bath project needs, providing showroom tours, setting them up for kitchen and/or bath measures, meeting with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations.
• Support In Stock initiatives by assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary.
• Support Store Appearance by ensuring special order displays and showrooms promote a shopping environment that is appealing and safe.
• Drive sales to support department and store goals by aligning with the three store priorities.
