Job Title: Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver – Paid Training Provided
Location: McNairy Group Home, Lenoir, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, with flexible full‑time and part‑time options
Compensation: $1,000 signing bonus, $1,000 refer‑a‑friend bonus, and competitive weekly pay

What You Will Do
- Empowerment & Personal Care:
Respectful assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, grooming, and mealtime support - Behavioral Support & Advocacy:
Compassionate partner, positive behavioral support, following person‑centered support plans, and assisting with de‑escalation - Community & Integration:
Bridge to the community, support individuals with transportation, appointments, hobbies, and community‑based jobs - Health & Wellness:
Administer medications, assist with mobility, and prepare nutritious meals

- A compassionate, patient, and encouraging attitude
- 18 years old or older
- A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid auto insurance
- A high school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check What We Value (Ideal Candidate)
- Unpaid family caregiver experience – scheduling, advocacy, caregiving; we’ll train you to become a DSP
- Experience as DSP, PCA, HHA, or CNA – major plus
- Experience supporting individuals with IDD, autism, or behavioral support needs – highly valued
