Operator; Converting - Night Shift

• Operate equipment to produce finished goods to production specifications.
• Understand and be able to safely STOP equipment during normal conditions and during an emergency.
• Set up the machine to SOC using the appropriate conditions.
• Use a computer system to set run conditions and adjust as necessary within SOC.
• Perform line start‑up and line shut‑down.
• Follow all training documents or standard operating procedures (SOP) to operate the line safely and efficiently.
• Use production reporting systems to fulfill job functions.
• Always safely operate lab equipment and test film samples with appropriate quality controls.

• Strong mechanical aptitude desired.
• Ability to make sound decisions and follow guidelines.
• Good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• High awareness toward safety.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving ability.
• Teamwork and effective collaboration.

• College‑level courses or trade school preferred.
• Experience operating cranes, forklifts, and related equipment.

• Frequent standing, walking, and bending.
• Pushing, pulling, and lifting at least 40lbs.
• Hand and eye coordination.
• Use stairs and hand tools as required by job.
