Overview

Our Home Health RN will provide 1:1 patient care through expert, patient-centered services. The position is based in Lenoir, NC covering Caldwell and Burke counties with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligning with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing.
• Current unrestricted registration and license in the applicable state.
• One year of nursing practice in a patient care setting, with preference for home health, geriatrics, or related settings.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record; proof of car insurance.
• Current CPR certification.
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets.
