Your role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) will support the overall well-being of our patients and their families.

• Follow care plans from physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion.
• Record all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately.
• Educate patients and families about disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.

• Active North Carolina or Compact LPN or RN License in good standing (required).
• Previous pediatric, home health, or public health experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
• Current BLS and negative TB test.
• G-Tube, trach, & vent experience preferred.
