WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; an equivalent combination of education, training, or relevant work experience will be considered.

• Previous customer service experience required; experience in the health and wellness industry is strongly preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently under pressure.

• Strong communication, listening, interpretive, and organizational skills, along with creative thinking to enhance guest experiences and support team problem-solving.

• Personable, guest-focused, and aligned with the Canyon Ranch philosophy; able to work 8.5-hour shifts with flexible scheduling between 7:30 AM and 9:00 PM, including weekends.

PAY RANGE:

Training Rate: $20.00 - $20.80

Post Training Rate: $22 - $22.88
