WHAT YOU’LL DO AS A COLLEAGUE
As a Guest Services Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming experience. Your duties include greeting guests, handling reservations, addressing inquiries, and coordinating special requests to enhance guest satisfaction. This role requires working evening shifts and weekends.
QualificationsWHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
You should possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally. Good judgment, confidentiality, organizational skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are essential. Attention to detail is crucial, as it impacts guest experience.
