Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to a diverse patient population Conduct thorough medical histories and physical exams Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses using evidence-based practices Order and interpret laboratory tests and imaging studies Prescribe and manage appropriate medications Educate patients on preventive care, lifestyle changes, and disease management Coordinate care with physician assistants, nurses, and specialists Document patient encounters accurately using EHR Participate in quality initiatives to enhance patient care
