Lee Bank is seeking a teller who listens intently, understands customers, and knows which customers prefer quick transactions versus those who need more time and attention. The teller will perform a wide variety of teller and general clerical duties to provide services to the bank's customers in conformance with federal and state regulations, established bank policies and operating procedures. Lee Bank offers an excellent salary and benefits package.
The candidate should be customer-focused, capable of building relationships, creating advocates, and meeting customers where they are to serve their needs effectively.
Responsibilities- Perform teller duties and general clerical tasks in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
- Provide friendly, responsive service to customers and assist with their banking needs.
- Build relationships with customers, creating advocates and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Advise customers on appropriate products and services within regulatory guidelines.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Flexibility and strong communication proficiency
- Computer skills;
Microsoft Office experience preferred - Minimum one year of customer service experience (e.g., food service or retail)
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
