Are you a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist looking for a fulfilling career opportunity? Look no further! Trinity Staffing Group is actively seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. If you have at least 1 year of experience and hold a Speech Language Pathologist License in MA, we invite you to apply.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to work in a 74-bed small & upscale nursing care center in the beautiful city of Lenox, MA. Your role will be pivotal in helping patients improve their communication and swallowing abilities, enhancing their overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop comprehensive individualized treatment plans with focus on discharge needs.
  • Provide therapy and interventions to improve speech and language skills.
  • Collaborate with the well educated and experienced healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports.
  • Assessment of Speech and Language Level of Functioning.
  • Provide screening of speech/language communication skills as part of the student intake process.
Qualifications
  • Speech Language Pathologist License in MA (CFY candidates cannot be accepted).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality patient care.
