Nurse Supervisor – Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Mount Carmel Care Center is a Faith-Based, Non‑Profit, boutique‑sized Long‑Term Care facility (69 beds) in the Berkshires. Twice voted “Best of the Berkshires,” we are sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm since 2013, and we maintain a mission‑based environment for staff and residents.

We are looking for a motivated and caring Nurse Supervisor – RN or LPN to lead nursing staff on our units. Shifts available: 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. + once/month on‑call. Up to $2,000 Sign‑On Bonus. Pay range $32–$47 per hour based on license and experience, with additional shift differentials.

• Current Massachusetts RN license or LPN license
• At least 1 year of experience in nursing supervision or management in a Long‑Term Care setting
• BLS Certification required

• Perform thorough assessments of residents
• Manage staff on each unit, ensuring proper resources are provided and coordinating staffing assignments
• Provide hands‑on nursing care as necessary
• Investigate, document, review, and report incidents correctly
• Provide support to the facility by working on‑call when needed
• Oversee new admissions when Nursing Managers are not available
• Maintain communication with providers, resident families, and administration
