. We are a Faith-Based, Non-Profit, boutique-sized Long-Term Care facility (69 beds) in the heart of the Berkshires. We are sponsored by the Carmelite Sisters for the Aged and Infirm since 2013 and maintain a mission-based environment for our staff and residents. We are seeking to hire a Registered Nurse - RN - Part or Full Time. Salary: $38.50 to $47.50 per hour plus based on experience plus shift differentials.

Earn up to 30 days of PTO. We pay 80% of health insurance premiums. The only Faith-Based Skilled Nursing Facility in Berkshire County.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Nursing License RN, Registered Nurse in MA.
• BLS certification required.
• Nursing Home: 1 year (Preferred).
• Must be able to supervise and delegate.

• Assist Unit/Shift Supervisor in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the nursing unit activities.
• Problem identification and development of correction plans.
• Check all residents early in the shift, make periodic assessments, report changes.
• Assess resident care needs for Minimum Data Set, Resident Assessment protocols and Interdisciplinary care plans.
• Report resident condition changes and document in Medical Record.
• Administer and record prescribed medications and treatments.
• Assess residents on admission and initiate interim care plan.
• Render emergency care as needed, report to supervisor, submit complete, accurate, and timely incident reports.
