WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A COLLEAGUE

As a Server, you will have the opportunity to serve clean, organic, and sustainable cuisine to guests who are passionate about transforming their health. You won’t just take orders—you’ll educate, connect, and build lasting relationships with guests who return time and again for our exceptional food and holistic experience.

Our Servers are primarily responsible for providing quality food service to guests in a friendly, efficient manner.

• Perform set up and break down duties according to dining room standard operating procedures
• Greet guests in a polite, positive manner, take food and beverage orders, and serve desired orders in a friendly, timely efficient manner
• Check on guests periodically throughout meals, attending to their needs using the guest's name where appropriate
• Be a proud ambassador of our Canyon Ranch standards, helping guests immerse themselves in health and wellness every day.

Pay Range : $15.00 - $21.84 per hour

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

• Flexible availability including weekdays, weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings.
• 1–2 years experience in a fast-paced food environment with a focus on healthy dining.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly and comfortable with walking and standing for long periods.
• Fluent English skills to clearly explain menus and take accurate orders.
• A positive, proactive, and guest-focused attitude with a strong sense of urgency and professionalism.
