Community Sales Manager

Atria Management Company is seeking a committed leader to revenue and build lasting relationships in the Leisure Community sector.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of prospect generation, including cultivating local influencer relationships to create awareness and referral commitments.
  • Partner with General Managers and the sales team to develop and implement a community‑specific sales and marketing plan.
  • Analyze sales data to set goals and action plans that achieve metrics for lead and lease conversion.
  • Respond to all potential leads with timely follow‑up; maintain an up‑to‑date CRM system.
  • Conduct walk‑in and scheduled tours, and provide training and coaching for community staff on inquiry calls and tours.
  • Make outbound sales calls to schedule community visits and advance the sales process.
  • Promote on‑site and off‑site events that generate leads and tours.
  • Manage the community marketing budget and maintain promotional branded material inventory.
  • Collaborate on an internal referral program with residents and maintain staging and marketing of all community spaces to company standards.
  • Negotiate rental incentives and terms within company policy and visit competitors regularly as directed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum two (2) years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of setting goals and achieving results.
  • Exceptional persuasive and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong ability to build relationships through telephone, face‑to‑face, networking events, and on‑site lead generation events.
  • Demonstrated capability to work under pressure with high demand for results.
  • Proficiency with CRM tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license; must be willing to travel within the local market for lead generation events.
  • Position may require driving responsibilities (may use company‑provided vehicle and/or personal vehicle).
