Hitachi Energy Semiconductors in Lenzburg, Switzerland, is seeking a Senior R&D Test Engineer to advance the development and qualification of SiC and Si semiconductor technologies for power modules.
You will work at the interface of R&D, product engineering, and testing, planning and executing electrical/reliability tests, analyzing data, and reporting findings to stakeholders. Fluency in English is required;
German is a plus.
