Business Solution Lead; D365 & Supply Chain

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Solution Lead to join a growth-oriented, international organization undergoing significant digital and AI-enabled transformation.

This role sits firmly within the business, acting as the bridge between strategy, end-to-end processes, and technology.

You will shape how the organization designs, connects, and simplifies its core processes, ensuring digital solutions genuinely support commercial goals, customer experience, and scalability.

• Translate business strategy into clear end-to-end process and system architecture, with a strong focus on value creation
• Act as the authority on E2E processes (e.g. O2C, P2P, R2R, MDM), ensuring alignment across business and IT
• Lead a small Architecture and Governance team, while guiding functional and process owners across the organization
• Drive digital and AI-enabled transformation initiatives, reducing complexity and improving process connectivity
• Define and govern process and system requirements, ensuring consistency, documentation, and design integrity
• Partner closely with IT, implementation partners, and international stakeholders to ensure effective execution

• Strong background in business process architecture, digital transformation, or enterprise-wide process design
• Experience translating commercial and operational strategy into technology and system requirements
• Broad understanding of ERP and enterprise platforms (Dynamics 365 or SAP)
• Exposure to FMCG, or similarly complex, consumer-driven environments with seasonal dynamics
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a strategic partner outside of IT
• Comfortable leading teams and working in matrix environments across regions
• Fluent in English, willing to travel internationally, and work in a hybrid on-site model
