Die Stadt Lenzburg sucht per 1. Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Sozialarbeiter/in (80 %) zur Fallführung in der wirtschaftlichen Sozialhilfe, Flüchtlingssozialhilfe und persönlicher Hilfe im Team des Fachbereichs Sozialdienst.
Sie bringen einen FH/HF-Abschluss im Sozialbereich, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fallführung mit und kennen idealerweise KLIB (BFZ-Modul). Wir schätzen Empathie, Belastbarkeit und eine ressourcen- sowie lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit.
