Die Stiftung Orte zum Leben in Lenzburg sucht für die Abteilung Wohnen 3 eine engagierte Fachperson Betreuung für teilbetreutes Wohnen (50-70%). Der Einstieg ist zum 1. Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung vorgesehen.
Sie begleiten Klient:innen individuell oder in Gruppen, fördern Teilhabe, soziale Kontakte und Selbstständigkeit. Sie arbeiten eng im Team, bringen Flexibilität und wertschätzenden Umgang mit Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen mit.
