Agri-Lloyd – The Secret’s in the Science – is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and inspire a team of independent sales agents across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leader in ruminant nutrition and health products, with a legacy of innovation and excellence since 1984.
About The Role As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind your region’s short, medium, and long-term development. Reporting to the Divisional Director, you’ll be responsible for delivering and exceeding regional sales targets, developing strategic business plans, and coaching a high-performing team of agents across the Beef, Sheep, and Dairy sectors.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Agri-Lloyd by:
- Creating and executing annual regional business plans
- Motivating and mentoring sales agents to achieve their goals
- Conducting regular field visits and performance reviews
- Organising regional sales meetings and knowledge transfer events
- Analysing sales data and proposing strategic actions
- Representing Agri-Lloyd at agricultural shows and events
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A proven sales leader with at least 3 years’ experience in sales management
- Experienced in the agricultural sector, ideally with premium product sales
- Knowledgeable in livestock farming and concept selling
- A confident communicator and natural motivator
- Highly organised with excellent time management and IT skills
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and a true team player
You’ll also need to be flexible, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional service to both your team and customers.
