Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and manage concrete and resinous‑flooring projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating teams, schedules, quality control, client communication, and project delivery. The ideal candidate ensures projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, with high‑quality standards and client satisfaction as top priorities.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning & Pre‑Construction:
Review project drawings, specifications, and scope requirements. Develop project plans including schedule, resource allocation, materials and equipment procurement, and labor planning. - Project Execution & Supervision:
Coordinate and manage field crews and subcontractors, ensuring work is executed according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards. Oversee surface preparation, substrate inspection, coating application, concrete works, finishing, polishing, or restoration, depending on project scope. - Quality Control & Compliance:
Ensure workmanship quality and adherence to industry standards. Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to verify material and environmental conditions meet project specifications. - Budget & Cost Management:
Monitor project financials — track costs, manage budgets, and control profitability. Handle change orders, scope adjustments, and communicate cost or schedule impacts with clients and management. - Client & Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as primary point of contact with clients, general contractors, facility managers, or other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on schedule, progress, and issues. - Project Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records: job logs, daily reports, change orders, material usage, job‑site photos, and safety reports. Prepare and submit project status reports and close‑out documentation. - Team Leadership & Coordination:
Lead and coordinate project team — assign tasks, monitor productivity, ensure safety and quality, and mentor crew members. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project handoff and execution.
- 3–5+ years of project management or field supervision experience in concrete, flooring, or resinous/epoxy flooring projects — preferably commercial/industrial.
- Knowledge of concrete work, resinous coatings, floor preparation, surface restoration, and finishing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Strong leadership and crew‑management skills.
- Solid skills in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Excellent communication skills with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient with basic office tools (e.g., MS Office) and project documentation/reporting tools.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to job sites as required.
