The RoleDental Dreams in Leominster, Massachusetts seeks a motivated Office Manager professional with managerial dental practice experience. This position will focus on achieving operational goals, managing employee relations, and patient relations. The scope of the role is to assist and cover the front desk staff, fulfill scheduling requirements, and provide necessary support to Dental Assistants and Dentists.

- Supervise all front and back‑office staff; cover roles when necessary.
- Maintain a patient‑centric disposition and foster a culture of service.
- Hire and train support staff, manage performance, and conduct annual reviews.
- Accurately verify dental benefits and manage check‑in/out processes.
- Assist with presenting and/or explaining treatment plans.
- Collect payments, co‑payments, and deductibles.
- Oversee patient scheduling to meet goals.
- Create insurance claims and submit pre‑authorizations in a timely manner.
- Pull patient charts for future appointments when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Required:
- Managerial and Dental Assistant experience.
- Track record for providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.
- Preferred:
- Dental practice management experience.
- Bilingual ability.
- Knowledge of ADP Workforce, Dentrix, and/or Eaglesoft.
