Title: OB/GYN Physician

Salary: $300,000 – $350,000 annually

Schedule: Flexible 4‑day work week, 1 in 8 scheduled calls. Both inpatient and outpatient obstetrics/gynecology practice in an office‑based, private practice‑like setting with the support of a large health system.

Practice Overview: UMass Memorial Health is seeking a board‑eligible/board‑certified OB/GYN physician for a well‑established community practice in Leominster. Our physicians provide quality patient care in an office‑based, independent, private‑practice‑like setting while enjoying the benefits of being part of a large health system. The office practice is located on the campus of Health Alliance Hospital, a 163‑bed community hospital. Inpatient gynecology occurs at Health Alliance Hospital;

inpatient obstetrics occurs at UMass Memorial Medical Center, a 780‑bed tertiary care center in Worcester with a Level 3 NICU, dedicated OB anesthesia, and UMass Ob/Gyn residents.

Teaching Opportunities: The position offers teaching opportunities with OB/GYN residents, Family Medicine residents, and nurse practitioner students—all affiliated with UMass Memorial Health.
