Business Development Manager (Healthcare/Non

We are seeking a dedicated Family Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to individuals and families in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will practice within a team-based model alongside nurse practitioners and clinical psychologists, delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

  • $30,000 sign‑on bonus (full-time, not through recruiter)
  • Relocation bonus up to $5,000
  • Up to $25,000 annual loan repayment for the first five completed years (subject to loan forgiveness eligibility)

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary care services to individuals and families
  • Perform physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment
  • Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
  • Refer patients to specialists and coordinate care as needed
  • Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Follow departmental policies, procedures, and quality improvement objectives
  • Participate in health promotion, education, and prevention programs
  • Maintain accurate patient records, documenting symptoms, reactions, and progress
  • Participate in on-call coverage as required
  • Advise and train clinical professionals and students
  • Uphold safety, infection control, and clinical standards
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Medical Degree (MD or DO)
  • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
  • Current licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine
  • ACLS or CPR/AED certification
  • Current DEA, DEA‑X, and Massachusetts Controlled Substance licensure
  • Eligible for unrestricted health center and hospital privileges
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
