Education & Experience
  • Master’s Degree, or equivalent, in Speech‑Language Pathology.
Computer Skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation.
  • Basic internet navigation skills.
Certificates & Licenses
  • Valid Speech‑Language Pathology state license (where appropriate).
Responsibilities
  • Provide Speech‑Language Pathology therapy and related services for patients while maintaining positive interaction with facilities.
  • Maintain screening, evaluation, treatment plans, discharge plans, and case management responsibilities.
  • Adhere to state and federal regulations regarding speech‑language pathology therapy.
  • Optimize communication, cognitive‑linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills through direct therapy, oversight, or direction.
  • Build a strong SLP therapy program.
  • Enhance clinical expertise and management skills through interaction with managers, therapists, and other staff.
  • Maintain valid state license and stay abreast of payment models, billing guidelines and clinical delivery methods.
  • Be compliant with infection control procedures and safety protocols within facilities.
