- Master’s Degree, or equivalent, in Speech‑Language Pathology.
- Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation.
- Basic internet navigation skills.
- Valid Speech‑Language Pathology state license (where appropriate).
- Provide Speech‑Language Pathology therapy and related services for patients while maintaining positive interaction with facilities.
- Maintain screening, evaluation, treatment plans, discharge plans, and case management responsibilities.
- Adhere to state and federal regulations regarding speech‑language pathology therapy.
- Optimize communication, cognitive‑linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills through direct therapy, oversight, or direction.
- Build a strong SLP therapy program.
- Enhance clinical expertise and management skills through interaction with managers, therapists, and other staff.
- Maintain valid state license and stay abreast of payment models, billing guidelines and clinical delivery methods.
- Be compliant with infection control procedures and safety protocols within facilities.
