Job Overview

The Packer Molding position is an entry-level General Labor role at the Dixie® Cutlery facility in Leominster, MA. The role includes packing finished goods, inspecting quality, and maintaining a safe, injury‑free workplace.

12‑hour day shift (7 am-7 pm) or night shift (7 pm-7 am) available. Pay starts at $18 per hour + shift differential ($1 day, $2 night).

• Pack Dixie cutlery into boxes to specified weight/count size.
• Inspect cutlery for quality and remove defects.
• Place excess/defective product in grinder for reuse.
• Seal boxes and arrange on pallet.
• Report quality, safety, or machine issues to process leader or supervisor.

• Able to work in a clean, climate‑controlled environment; willing to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.

• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and wear required safety equipment.
