• Operate forklifts with precision to move materials, pallets, and equipment.
• Load/unload trailers and storage locations; double-check load security and condition.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workspace every shift.
• Complete the Forklift Operator Daily Checklist before operating equipment.
• Adhere to department SOPs and other required procedures.
• Connect and disconnect rail cars daily—regardless of weather conditions.
• Learn to operate a turret truck for high-bay operations.
• Support space allocation and utilization; transfer inventory as needed.
• Assist with additional tasks and perform other duties as assigned.

• Read and comprehend English; communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
• Basic math skills.
• Proven forklift operating experience.
• Experience preparing inventory and taking part in monthly and year-end raw material physical inventories.
• High attention to detail and safety mindset.
• High school diploma or GED.

Shift: 8:00am to 5:00pm

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, squat, bend, twist and turn as needed to perform the job.
• Must possess good manual and mechanical dexterity to perform job duties. Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds.
