. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Machine Operators in Leominster, MA, producing Dixie® brand cutlery. Machine Operators ensure safe operation of automation systems and injection molding machines, maintain quality, and uphold plant safety and environmental guidelines. Positions involve 12‑hour night shifts (7 pm–7 am) and may include holidays, weekends, and overtime.

• Operate mobile equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks and changeovers.
• Perform inventory checks and order necessary components.
• Carry out quality checks and inspections to meet product specifications.
• Assist associates and craft workers with equipment operation and repair.

• 1 + year experience as a Machine Operator.
• Experience using a computer, tablet, or smart device in a work environment.
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English.

• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, agricultural, fishing, construction, logging, or military environments, or completion of a post‑high‑school manufacturing/industrial program.

Pay rate starts at $22 per hour (including shift differential).
