$19.00/hr - $23.00/hr

Operate blending and extrusion equipment to produce high-quality custom compounds. Ensure accurate documentation, maintain housekeeping and safety standards, and support continuous operations in a team-based environment.

• Follow written and verbal instructions to run production safely and efficiently.
• Verify item numbers, lot numbers, and quantities with precision.
• Complete all required production paperwork legibly and accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Proactively monitor personal and team safety.
• Complete ongoing computer-based training modules.
• Safely operate a fork truck as needed.
• Troubleshoot and assist with mechanical adjustments to maintain quality and throughput.

• Seven (7) workdays every two weeks:
  Week 1 (Sun, Wed, Thu);
  Week 2 (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat).
• 12‑hour shifts:
  Days 6:45 am–7:00 pm;
  Nights 6:45 pm–7:00 am.
• Built-in overtime includes Sundays and all hours worked over 40 in each week.
• Voluntary overtime available.

• Ability to interpret and execute written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail for manufacturing number verification.
• Clear, legible documentation skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Team-oriented, safety-focused mindset.
• Must be 18 years of age or older to work at Teknor Apex.

• Experience in blending operations and extruder operations.
• Troubleshooting proficiency and mechanical aptitude.
• Leadership or peer‑mentoring experience.

• Lift up to 55 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Routinely climb, bend, and stretch.
