Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated Coating Line Operator for the 1st shift to join their innovative team. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless operation of the coating line, contributing to the production of high-quality products that meet our client's exacting standards.

• Operate and monitor the coating line machinery to ensure efficient production.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
• Inspect products for quality assurance, ensuring they meet specified standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist in training new team members as needed.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with operating and maintaining industrial machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Willingness to adhere to safety standards and protocols.
