Overview
Our client is seeking a school nurse, 1:1 School Nurses (LPN) to provide services to students in a school based classroom.
HoursMonday-Friday during school hours
Responsibilities- One on One Licensed Practical Nurse assigned to a medically fragile child during school hours and in a school classroom. The Licensed Practical Nurse will also be a back up to support the school based Registered Nurse.
- Care for medical needs of child(ren) throughout the day
- Monitor any changes in student's status
- Complete thorough nursing notes
- Provide daily medicine
- G Tube Feeding
- Monitoring safety and well-being of student
- Active MASSACHUSETTS LPN license
- CPR certification
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Minimum of one (1) year LPN or RN experience
- Compensation processed weekly.
- Ability to grow professionally.
