• Variable‑hour and Part‑Time employees are measured for eligibility into ACA Benefits after 12 months of employment

• Active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state where the clinician will practice

• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component);

• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
