Join a well-established care team of 5 anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs at a facility known for its collaborative culture and diverse case mix. This is an excellent opportunity for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist looking for a stable, high-quality practice environment with outstanding compensation and benefits.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time, permanent position
• No call responsibilities
• 6 anesthetizing locations
• Annual volume of 7,000 cases
• Medical supervision model with strong CRNA autonomy
• Case types:
  General, regional, neuraxial, and acute pain management
• Case mix includes orthopedics, general, vascular, thoracic, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, plastics
• No trauma, cardiac, or OB

Compensation & Benefits:

• $50,000 sign-on bonus (with 2-year commitment)

Requirements:
