CRNA Opening in Leominster, MABoston 50mFull Time Permanent Position Seeking CRNA to join a care team model comprising 5 anesthesiologists and 6 CRNAs at a community hospital in Leominster, Massachusetts.
Facility Details:6 anesthetizing locations, including endoscopy and labor & delivery
Annual case volume: 7,000
Broad array of cases including orthopedics, general, vascular, thoracic, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, plastics, and OB/GYNRequires proficiency in general, regional, and neuraxial techniques and acute pain management
Practice Model:
Beeper call from home, equally shared
Physician must be comfortable supervising CRNAs and performing own cases
Supportive, collegial work environment with excellent collaboration with surgical staff and hospital personnel
Compensation:
Base salary: $265K $50K Sign on bonus
Annual Retention Bonus after year 2
