Position Highlights:
Full-time, permanent position
No call responsibilities
6 anesthetizing locations
Annual volume of 7,000 cases
Medical supervision model with strong CRNA autonomy
Case types:
General, regional, neuraxial, and acute pain management
Case mix includes orthopedics, general, vascular, thoracic, urology, ENT, ophthalmology, plastics
No trauma, cardiac, or OB
Compensation & Benefits:
$50,000 sign-on bonus (with 2-year commitment)
Annual retention bonus after 2 years
