RN - Outpatient Urology

Pay: $40-$42

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide independent nursing care in an outpatient urology setting. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on clinical experience, excellent critical-thinking skills, and the ability to work independently while recognizing when to seek guidance.

• Perform nurse triage, assess patient needs, and determine appropriate follow-up care.
• Administer medications and perform catheter changes for urology patients.
• Monitor blood pressure, conduct wound assessments, and evaluate patient conditions.
• Provide patient education, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and coordinate care to support positive patient outcomes.

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on nursing experience.
• Previous experience in Med-Surg or a similar clinical setting.

• Previous urology or outpatient nursing experience.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong clinical judgment.
• Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to recognize when additional guidance or support is needed.
