NALCO Water, an Ecolab Company, is searching for a Customer Delivery Specialist to help expand their Fleet Operations and provide customer delivery of chemicals. The role requires safe operation of a straight truck on congested city highways, rolling and mountainous terrain, and rural roads as well as preventative maintenance on all delivery vehicles.

- Stop Work Authority
- Tractor‑Trailer Chemical Delivery.
- Delivery only within a 500 to 700‑mile radius from plant location.
- Safely operate delivery trucks, tankers, over‑the‑road trucks, and other vehicles.
- Maintain driver’s hours of service using Samsara and/or paper logbook reporting.
- Schedule daily runs to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Perform daily and periodic mechanical and safety inspections of truck and equipment.
- Maintain accurate up‑to‑date delivery location maps and comply with DOT hazardous‑materials regulations.
- Communicate with sales and supervisor to report field problems and safety hazards.
- Follow Zero Defect Delivery procedures for all delivery assignments.
- Wear appropriate safety gear during delivery operations.
- Keep current on safety techniques and improve driving and safety skills.
- Recognize and avoid safety hazards in the work environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with no restrictions and HazM‑Hazardous Materials & Tanker endorsements.
- 3 years of commercial driving experience compliant with FMCSA regulations and DOT from the past 3 years.
- 3 years of an acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Willning to travel 3‑5 days per week, home on weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs.
- No immigration sponsorship offered for this role.
- Experience operating forklifts, drum dollies, trailer hoists, chemical pumps, hoses, meters, printers, and gauges.
- Experience handling products in bulk, drums, porta‑feeds, and mini/micro‑feed units.
- Ability to back‑and–parallel park bulk tankers, straight trucks, semi‑trucks, and trailers into narrow passages.
- Knowledge of equipment and compliance with FMCSA and DOT hazardous‑materials regulations.
35 – 37 / HR. Compensation is based on experience, education, training, geography, etc. All minimum wage and overtime laws are complied with.
