Fabricator – Knapheide Installation Center (San Antonio, TX)

We are looking to hire a Fabricator to interpret prints, drawings, plans or job orders and apply fabrication or welding techniques to complete a variety of projects. This full‑time position works Monday‑Friday
, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; additional overtime as needed or required.

In this fast‑paced role, you’ll apply various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, ARC, etc.) for fabrication and repair. You’ll conceptualize projects from job specifications and be able to form drawings as needed. You’ll perform 5S duties and preventative maintenance as scheduled or needed. This position regularly uses a variety of mechanical hand and power tools.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in welding mechanical, hydraulic, and/or pneumatic fields (preferred)
• Welding and/or fabrication certificate (preferred)
