• Educate guests on the Smashin Crab concept and dining experience
• Full knowledge of the food and drink menu items and origin of live seafood
• Take food and drink orders from guests accurately and with a positive attitude
• Make, mix, and garnish all alcoholic beverages for bar and floor guests
• Accurately enter orders into point of sale system for transmittal to kitchen staff
• Engage with guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and act to correct any issues
• Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes
• Collect payments from tables to complete the guest experience
• Perform running side work, opening duties, and closing duties as required
