This non‑salary (hourly) role provides critical administrative, logistical, and operational support across multiple systems within the Northeast Region (NH; VA; St. Mary’s, MD; Grasonville, MD; CT). The responsibilities are essential for maintaining seamless workflows, accurate record‑keeping, and effective communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Vehicle and fleet management for the Northeast, coordinating registrations, inspections, maintenance scheduling, and safety checklists.
- Contract partner billing support, including reverse billing, monthly bonuses, and vendor relations.
- Meeting coordination, including monthly operating reviews, weekly staff meetings, and quarterly all‑employee events.
- Regional administrative support: supplies, uniforms, training coordination, onboarding, SharePoint management, and safety checklist coordination.
- Customer One View management: weekly conference calls, status updates, and ticket accuracy.
- Emergency management support during storms and emergencies.
- Project support for initiatives such as CPE Swap, On‑Call Database, PNM‑FTE Productivity tracking, and fiber documentation.
- OpEx‑Cap Ex management: travel and expense reports, PO/REQ creation, inventory ordering, and procurement for site support.
- CPE reconciliation and warehouse coordination for partner equipment tracking.
- Operational inventory management of critical field tools and calibration dates.
- Employee engagement: coordinating celebrations, support for employees and peers, and sympathy expressions.
- Performance tracking: sharing tNPS, scorecards, and data roll‑ups for performance evaluation.
- System utilization: using CSG + FSM for appointment management, ticket creation, escalation research, and equipment issues.
