Our faculty serve a vital role in growing our community, regional, and national workforce needs.

We are seeking a forward-looking, collaborative educator to join our Accounting faculty. This position will require teaching a combination of entry level courses such as, but not limited to Principles of Accounting 1 & 2, as well as other courses which may include Intermediate Accounting 1 & 2, Federal Income Tax 1 for Individuals, or Business Finance.

Our faculty teach face-to-face, online, hybrid, and Hy-flex classes always focusing on student engagement and critical thinking. CSM offers excellent health insurance benefits (90% paid by the college);

The Business Programs, including the Accounting Program, at the College of Southern Maryland are nationally accredited by the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs. • African American Accounting graduates

Since this position requires in-person teaching and other in-person faculty duties, the candidate will be required to live within commuting distance of the Southern Maryland area.
