Our management team averages $30-48 per hour (including base pay, tips & incentives). As a Salon Manager, you will spend your time cutting hair on the floor, developing stylists, managing the day-to-day activities within the salon, and helping to grow the store’s clientele.

• A valid MD cosmetology or barber license.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Gripping, fine manipulation, twisting and turning continuously.
• Working above shoulder level continuously.
• Frequent bending, pushing and pulling.
• Occasional kneeling and climbing.
• Hands frequently exposed to water.
