• Supports daily operations and staffing by assisting in planning, supervising technical staff, and assuming leadership in the absence of management.
• Collaborates across departments to ensure surgical schedules run smoothly, instruments are available, and interdepartmental communication is effective.
• Performs hands‑on sterile processing duties, including cleaning, decontaminating, sterilizing instruments, and assembling trays and case carts according to standards.
• Identifies and addresses operational issues, including inefficiencies, staffing challenges, equipment concerns, and customer complaints.
• Contributes to team development through training, quality monitoring, in‑services, orientation programs, and providing feedback and evaluation input.

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• 3‑4 years of experience inclusive of six months in supervisory position (Required)
• CRCST - Certified and Registered Central Service Technician certification (Required)

This position has a hiring range of $20.17 - $35.04
