Requirements:
- 36 hours/week, 12-hour night shifts
- Patient ratio: 1:4-6
- 2 years minimum experience in IMC
- Weekend coverage as needed
- Pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam (80% overall, 100% on lethal rhythms)
- Certifications:
ACLS, BLS - Experience with charge nurse duties, chest tubes, PCA infusions, bedside monitoring, non-titratable drips, IV infusions
- Flu vaccine required
Dress Code:
Caribbean blue scrubs (not provided)
