Responsibilities- Lead and mentor the restaurant team to deliver outstanding service and maintain high standards.
- Establish a cohesive team that works well together, drives profitability, and provides excellent guest experiences.
- Tackle problems proactively, seek help when needed, and support team development.
- Prior restaurant experience may qualify you for this role.
- Motivated individuals with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a team, mentor staff, and address issues effectively.

Wendy's Shift Leaders: $16 - $18.50 per hour based on experience and restaurant location
