Position:
Retail Sales Associate – in‑store, storefront, pop‑up, and special event locations.
- Deliver face‑to‑face interactions that entice customers to choose Breezeline as their primary cable, internet, and phone provider, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Actively promote, upgrade, and sell Breezeline products and services, demonstrating confident sales behaviors.
- Highlight features and benefits through demonstrations and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
- Upsell and cross‑sell to both new and existing customers, executing proven sales techniques.
- Work to retain customers who wish to cancel or downgrade services, employing empathy and proactive communication.
- Resolve billing inquiries, service discrepancies, and process refunds, submitting approvals as required.
- Accurately input data for add, move, change, and cancellation requests using prescribed applications.
- Manage store‑level asset handling, including returns, exchanges, and equipment distribution.
- Participate in corporate selling‑skills training and procedural enhancements.
- Maintain health and safety standards, using personal protective equipment and following company policies.
- Respond promptly to internal and external customer needs, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist with additional departmental requests and special projects as needed.
- Provide in‑store support at alternate locations if required.
- High school diploma; post‑secondary education preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of sales and customer‑service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPI expectations.
- Professional presentation and adherence to dress‑code policy.
- Ability to build genuine customer connections.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, with problem‑solving and escalation skills.
- Self‑motivated, initiative‑driven, and quality‑focused.
- Growth mindset and willingness to embrace change.
- Basic accounting knowledge is an asset.
- Multi‑application navigation skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility for rotating schedules, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Prior face‑to‑face and outbound sales experience required.
- Experience with Google Suite applications preferred.
- Significant standing time and occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
