Shift1st Shift, 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday through Friday, some weekends.
Job TitleManufacturing Operator
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor production equipment.
- Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
- Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
- Complete quality checks and record data.
- Keep work area clean.
- Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout your shift.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred).
- Comfortable using computers or tablets.
- Able to read, write, and understand English.
- Basic math and mechanical understanding.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Team-oriented and dependable.
- Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $20.00‑$20.60. Please note that the pay range is a good‑faith estimate at the time of posting; final compensation may vary based on factors including knowledge, skills, and geographic location.
