NHS Shetland is seeking a part-time Clerical Officer to support the Patient Focused Booking (PFB) team in the Medical Records Department. You will process referrals from Primary to Secondary Care, book outpatient appointments and perform general clerical duties to keep the patient pathways moving smoothly.
Applicants should have experience in a busy office, excellent communication and customer care skills, and the ability to work well to deadlines.
