ABOUTTHE ROLE
The Senior Marine Technician role is crucial to our success in ensuring the best management of our superior quality Scottish salmon – you are in a key position, and your input is critical to us driving outstanding performance.
We’re looking for goal-oriented individuals who are team players, proactive in health and safety, and who pride themselves in delivering to a high standard. We believe strong communication skills teamed with a good work ethic and a problem-solving attitude are ideal qualities for this role. Candidates should be self-motivated and understand the importance of accurate record keeping and administration.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATECandidates will have at least 2 years’ practical salmon farming experience with the ability to demonstrate competence across a wide range of farming disciplines.
Above all, you will have the drive to succeed and be committed to your own development and the growth of others.
You must have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application. This role does not meet the criteria for visa sponsorship, therefore we are unable to consider candidates who require sponsorship to work in the UK.
