Cleaner (Part‑time, Permanent)

Mitie is seeking a Cleaner to deliver excellent service standards, meet SLA agreements, and adhere to cleaning schedules.

Contract: Permanent •
Type: Part time •
Pay: £13.45 per hour •
Hours: 10 hours per week •
Location: Bank of Scotland, 117 Commercial Street, Lerwick, Shetland, Scotland, ZE1 0DL

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service

• Ability to communicate and read basic English
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
• Flexible and proactive approach to work
• Open, honest, self‑driven, and determined attitude
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour
